  What did you buy? All upgrades must be bought from the dashboard of a particular blog, so go to each of your blogs and look on the Store page to see which upgrades you purchased.

  thank you, i think its an outmatic upgrade to an account that i can’t reach i think its called “avipliyah” but i cant find to what mail i should send the new password request. can i figure out the mail i used and the blog name by using my credit card number? thank you for your help.
