From what I can tell, you are running the WordPress.org flavor of WordPress on a self-hosted site. There’s an article here on the difference between the two WordPress versions.

So I would recommend having a look at your theme’s documentation and also take advantage of their support forum as well. I think you are using the BeTheme framework.
