I dont know my username or password HELP!! My website has now dissapeared.

  A while back I realised I had forgotten my username and password so couldnt login to my wordpress platform. Now my website has completely dissapeared and reverted back to a custom page. I cannot remember which email I used when setting up wordpress but I cant ring wordpress and to talk to them you need to use your email and password. Arg.
