I don't know my Wild West Domain Login
-
I purchased my domain through WordPress.com and would like to transfer it to Godaddy. I was advised to login to Wild west domains since my domain is registered to them which I don’t any have idea of my log in details. I just want to change the DNS so it will point to the right hosting. Please provide me with Username or Customer # and the email for Wild West. You can send it to (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
Please note that we are your registrar. I know that it may say WWD but we are your registrar. Also, transferring the domain and just updating your nameservers are two separate things. You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to another server (hosting service), with these steps:
You’ll need to obtain the name server values from your current host. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)
The guide will help you get your Customer # and create a password. If you want to transfer the domain, you will need to unlock the domain and obtain your authorization code you will need to go to your Store -> Domains page.
1. Look for Domain Administration and change the dropdown menu to “Transfer to Another Registrar”
2. It will state that you may not transfer a domain name for 60 days after its purchase. Click the button “Next Step”
3. Enter a new password, putting it into both blanks (this is a new one you’re making up, so make sure to write it down)
4. Write down your Customer Number which is displayed just below
5. Click the “Save Password” button
6. Click the link for “Manage Your Domains”
7. Log in with your customer number and password that you wrote down in steps 3 & 4 above
8. You will be prompted to create a PIN number
9. You should now be logged in and see a list of your domains. Select your domain.
10. Now, you will need to unlock your domain. Right under Domain Settings you will see ‘Lock’. Click on Manage right underneath ‘On’. Check ‘Off’ and click Save.
11. Toward the bottom of the page you will see ‘Authorization Code’. Please click ‘Email my code’.There are instructions and screenshots here:
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Hi Grace
Thanks for your response but I have successfully transferred my domain to a different hosting and managed to deactivate my registration to wordpress.com.
