I don't Know what happened to my Premium account

  I just upgraded to the premium account and I paid 129 dollars. Before I upgraded I was playing around with a two blog sites, however I had no need for these sites anymore so I deleted them so I could start fresh and make new sites using the premium account. I don’t know why but when I deleted the free blog sites, my premium account no longer existed. I don’t know what is going on, my plan was to start making multiple websites for people using the premium account on word press. I am extremely confused on what to do now considering there is none to contact via phone number. Will I still be charged ? if so How do I prevent myself from being charged ? and Please tell me any information I need to know
