Im trying to renew my domain in this site. Is from GoDaddy. THe site is up but is not the my webpage. Something is wrong. I just want a backup from my site.

Hi @ealemar, can you explain a bit further? What are you meaning by “THe site is up but is not the my webpage”?
If you log into that site, you can export the content from it, but it looks like there is very little content on it.
Are you talking about a different site that has more content on it, perhaps under a different username/account?

My site has a lot more content. It had a map, photos, a lot of properties ( is a Real Estate webpage). I have only one account. So I don’t understand why this happened. The only thing that has change is that the domain was expired. Right now it doesn’t let me upgrade to business. Automatically puts WordPress.com Premium – annual subscription and then when I try to pay it doesn’t let me, “This upgrade is not available for Jetpack site.” that what is says.

Your Business Plan and domain mapping upgrade expired on 26 April, and were removed from your account on 3 May. This also causes any plugins and custom themes you are using to be disabled.
And Business Plan sites using plugins work differently than regular WordPress.com sites, so it’s not possible to just buy a new plan for your site. This is why we don’t recommend switching off automatic renewal and why we try to renew your plan a month before it expires – to prevent this situation you are now in.
I have sent you a link via email that you can use to pay for the Business Plan’s renewal. Once we receive your payment I can reactivate it on your site.

I just reactivated the Business Plan on your site and reconnected the domain. You should now be able to use your plugins and theme again, though it might be necessary to configure some of the options again before it will look as before.

I will need help. I cant find how to do anything. I dont find where is that I used to upload the new peoperties, etc. And I dont see my any cahanges on the page.
