    Sorry about that, I will explain.
    I have a website http://www.tiggyhealth.com and I also use Constant Contact for weekly newsletters.
    I wish to start a blog so I can use my blog entries to make up my weekly newsletter.
    I do not know what platform to start a blog with as I would like to keep using both my website and Constant contact.
    Does anybody know and easy way to integrate a blog into what I am already working with?
    I got confused with wordpress as I do not want to have to have another website.

    In order to maintain your search engine ranking, the best would be to create your blog on your own domain. You could do this either by integrating it on your existing site (through godaddy?) or by creating a blog on WordPress.com using a subdomain like blog.tiggyhealth.com.

    If you want to use WordPress.com, please carefully read the Terms of Service (linked in the footer below) to make sure it is a good fit with your professional needs and http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ so that you understand the limitations of what you can do here.

    Also, if you want to use Constant Contact for your newsletter, to the best of my knowledge, there is currently no integration with WordPress.com. You would have to create a link to an externally hosted signup page. At the same time, WordPress.com members have a number of ways to subscribe to any posts you may publish here, which completely bypass any external newsletter resource.
