I don't know what's going on. Please help.

    Luca, Please help.

    I’ve been trying to figure this out for two days now.

    WordPress says: Please help! I’ve been going around the ringer for two days now.

    ‘Valley Business Hub’ is not available at the domain valleybizhub.com right now. This domain expired, and it has to be renewed before it is lost.

    We already notified this site’s owners. However, renewing expired domains becomes more costly and complicated as time goes by. We want to make sure they got the message.

    If you know this site’s owners, please get in touch and remind them to renew this domain before it’s too late.

    I checked with GoDaddy (where we got our domain). They say everything is fine. I just want to post on my site. Can you please help?

    How do I fix this? Thanks!

    If the domain is registered at GoDaddy, it’s possible that you need to renew your upgrade plan for the domain mapping.

    As long as you are logged in with the username that purchased the upgrade, you should be able to see and renew it in your Manage Purchases

    Thanks Jennifer! How do I renew my upgrade plan of domain mapping?

    I’m not logged in with the original username that purchased the upgrade and I cannot renew my manage purchases.

    GoDaddy says it may have something to do with my dns through WordPress.

    Does wordpress do my hosting, or Automaticc?

    Hi there,

    The domain mapping upgrade for the domain you mentioned belongs to the username, uvchamber. You will need to log in as that username to renew the Premium Plan and domain mapping on that site. That username also owns the site itself.

    If you should manage the upgrades going forward, I’ll need that username’s permission to transfer the upgrades to your account, or that user can transfer the entire site, including upgrades, to you by following these instructions:
