I don’t know what’s happened!

Hey I’ve got an issues as I think I may have 2 WordPress accounts possibly under the same name Leanne Barriball in February a payment came out relating to the site http://www.leannebarriballuk but the only account I seem to log into is in my name but my actual site isn’t attached. It’s come about after my laptop was wiped taking all the passwords with it. Now I seem to have confused it. I am interested really in deleting both accounts or everything and starting again. But I don’t want to auto renewal to continue coming out next February. Please help as I am just about to start a new business which is why I would like to close the account but use the same web address, if that makes sense.
