I don’t know why but my header is missing (not showing up/loading)

I need to get it back, I have a header at the moment uploaded though its not the one I want with my custom settings on there.
The only reason the header I have now loading is because I tried to fix the issue by adding another header which foolishly just applied a header to my <body> section I think? so it doesn’t actually show the one I want. If you’re wondering what header I’m talking about I don’t really know but I clicked on the paint brush to enter customize when I’m on the website I mean. Doing this I can still change the settings and customizations on the header I had before which mysteriously disappeared and then pushed the rest of my webpage up because it disappeared. So I don’t know what to do, I’m hoping its an easy fix but I did mess around with the code which has been a tough lesson. Appreciate all the help.WP.com: Yes
