    Hi there!

    I see that your site at primetechkwcom.wpcomstaging.com had the WordPress.com Business plan so it has either third-party themes or plugins installed that can only be reactivated with the Business plan. Can you tell us if you don’t want to keep the site anymore and delete the site instead?

    In order to prepare the site for deletion, we must revert it back to the point when you installed your first plugin or custom theme after upgrading to Business.

    Your site’s content, theme, and customizations, such as widgets and menus, will return to the state they were in on this date. This process will also remove all plugins and custom themes, as well as any content added through them, and you will no longer be able to add plugins or custom themes to this site unless you upgrade again in the future.

    We can import some of the content (such as posts, pages, media, comments, etc) that were added to your site during this time. It will take us some time if you want to preserve the supported content on your site.

    Please let us know if you would like to proceed with this process before you delete the site.
