Trying to reset my password. My (test) site is online but I can’t access.

I tried this several times to get a new password. It’s no problem for the site
‘Mieblablog.wordpress.com’ but The issue is this; I cannot access my website
‘ Miebla.tk’. I cannot login because I do not receive any new password from wordpress for this site, why not?. So…’Miebla.tk/wp-login.php’ doesn’t work,
and I cannot change a thing on this site. -
This site – Miebla.tk – is not a WordPress.com site and the password reset form I sent you is for WordPress.com sites. Your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site. A good explanation of the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org can be found here:

The problem isn’t solved. When I follow your link:”http://miebla.tk/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword” I just do NOT recieve a new password, so I can NOT login. That is exactly the main problem! What can be done? -
Your site isn’t hosted with us at WordPress.com which means we don’t have access to the account. Your best bet is to try reaching out to your web host. However I can help you with this site – https://mieblablog.wordpress.com.

My host tells me to go to wordpress, wordpress tells me to go to my host.
You cannot both be right! How can wordpress provide a form by which one can ask for a new password (wich one doesn’t receive)?
In the meantime I cannot get access to my site for many days now. -
We’re WordPress.com. Your host is referring to WordPress.org. It’s very confusing, I know! We’ve put together this guide which explains the difference:
WordPress is open source software which is available to download for free here https://wordpress.org.
We are a company that provides hosting for WordPress sites and we support WordPress.com sites – these are sites hosted on our servers.
For WordPress sites not hosted with us typically you would get support from your web host (the company you’re paying to have a website – that isn’t us). If your web host can’t help then you could ask your web developer or reach out for support in the WordPress.org forums:
