I don’t receive my credits after cancelation the subscription

I have purchased pro subscription from WordPress using my WordPress credits and due to some reason i canceled my subscription before 14 days, but i don’t received the credits yet. Its been more than 10 days

You canceled your plan on April 24. Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, and it can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank.
Please wait a bit more, and if you’re still not seeing the refund, you can follow up with your bank directly by providing them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

Its been more than 10 days, i haven’t received my WordPress credits that i used for purchasing pro plan ,please refund my credits as soon as possible

I have raised complaints of my refund many times, but didn’t get my WordPress credits till now. even its been more than 15 days of cancelation of pro subscription, and a staff member is saying that don’t make multiple threads. This is just getting worst

I understand from this thread that you have your money refund, but that you had spent paid credits and would like those to be added back to your account.
I’m not sure about any policies on “recycling” paid credits after purchasing something with them and canceling, but we’ll look into this for you.
Also, are you able to reply to this thread, or do you get the same error?
