I don't see my admin page content

    Hi I logged in with my username and password, but I cannot retrieve my blog content? Can anyone help?
    I am not sure if I should be using a different URL (admin) to log in to view and edit my blog.

    my blog is called theexoticdish.com :)

    Also, I called network solutions and apparently I need my documents from wordpress to be transferred to their servers, but I don’t know how to do that.
    Any advice?
