I see that you purchased the Premium Theme: Chronicle on the site: eurobusinessmedia.wordpress.com and the theme has been applied. The charge only went through once.
You can view/print/email your receipts for any transaction by going to Store > Billing History in your Dashboard. The direct link can be found here:
