I don’t see my blog that I want to cancel subscription for in Manage Blogs

  I received an email that says the card I have on file is about to expire and I have a renewal coming up. I want to cancel my subscription for photobombs.com, however, I don’t see that blog listed in ‘Manage Blogs’ – I only see a paulacombs.wordpress.com one. The email I received is for photocombs.com, but when I click on Manage Subscription, I only see the paulacombs.wordpress.com. I want to cancel my subscription for everything. Can you help? Thank you.

  Hi there:

  Thanks for that information. The site tied to photocombs.com is under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

  You need to log out of this one from your account page, and log back into the correct account. The correct account email would be the email that notice was sent to.

  Hope that clarifies things.

  I have tried numerous times to login with the email the notification was sent to, but WordPress will not accept it. It wants a username instead, which I don’t have. I used my email. Not I have been charged for another year! I want to cancel, but I still can’t get into my account. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

  If you have access to the email connected to the account, you definitely have options to regain access. Please take a look at the four different ways you can access your site using your email:
