I don’t see my blog when I search?

My blog is http://100digits.wordpress.com/ . When I search blogs on WordPress.com with words and posts that I know are on my blog they do not come up. Does this only work if I add tags to all of my posts. My blog is only for a certain group of people who live in a certain area but I would like it if they searched by our town or specifics to things happening in our town for my blog to come up. Any suggestions?

You’re right, you are not coming up in searches when you should be. I’m not certain of why, because the blog looks good, there’s nothing wrong on that end that I can see. I don’t think the search is tag-based, it’s supposed to be based on the text.

I am having the same problem with http://sandnsurf.wordpress.com The blog is registered and used to work great when searching for common tags like photography, sunsets, australia, searchengine etc – all the things I blog about, but cannot find any of my posts anymore using the wordpress.com search. Am I doing something wrong? Would love some direction so any mistakes I am making are not repeated. Any suggestions?
