    I received a message regarding autorenewal of one of my domains and need to update my credit card on file. It led me to this page and I don’t see any cards on file. How do I change the credit card you are billing?

    Can you please tell us the domain, and give the email address at which you received the notice?

    The account you’re using to post here was only created ten hours ago and owns neither sites nor upgrades on WordPress.com.

    To renew an upgrade or change billing info, you need to be logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

    There is no account on WordPress.com with the username, crazyasusual.
