  I would like to see my account history with payments I have made.

  Thank you, but this doesn’t help. My credit card shows two charges, one for $96 and the other for approx. $200.

  On 2/25/21 I began the initial sign up on my work computer when my government computer shut down. I then when to my personal computer to complete the transactioin. I entered my work email for both transactions.

  I would like Face to Face assistance with this problem. Or, I may face to cancel the entire process.

  Hi there:

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into, so it sounds like the purchases may have been made under a different account.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code – that letter/number code is what we’ll need. They’ll look like this on your bank statement:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  Or, you should log into WordPress.com using your work email address, then you would have access to direct email and live chat support in addition to having access to your purchase history using the link my colleague provided above.
