I don't see my post in "Read blogs" after publishing it?

  Also please be crystal clear on the differences between Pages and Posts. Only posts can have Categories and Tags assigned to them.

  Not to worry about the language we have worked this out. :)

  What you have done is page structured your blog rather than using the conventional post based blog structure, and as static pages cannot have categories or tags assigned to them of course they do not appear in the global tag pages.
