Hi healthcurings,
You cannot install plugins on WordPress.com. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. This support document explains the differences between WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress:
WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

If you put Adsense on your blog or sell your own ads it will be suspended.
You can signup for WordAds – it is a revenue sharing system for ads

Well, if that is the case then I cannot add google adsense code on my wordpress.com website. I won’t appreciate this because I don’t want again to move to wordpress.org and spend $100 + to get a plugin feature.
I would definitely request wordpress to think about users who use wordpress.com platform

They are thinking about them. They are thinking how to provide the best, most secure turnkey platform, not how to facilitate penny-grubbing with Adsense.
If you want to make money, it costs money up front. That’s true of any business.

If that is not what you want, then you need to get hosting elsewhere. It will cost $120 a year or so.
