i don't see plugins in my dASHBOARD

  I ma trying to add a contact me page on my webpage I am designing and i dont see the plugin tab which has the contact form .
  How do i get hat?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  WordPress.com is a shared hosting environment and, therefore, it’s not possible to install plugins here. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress sites. If you’re wondering how WordPress.com differs from self-hosted WordPress sites, this guide gives a good overview:

  WordPress.com does have a lot of built-in features and a plugin isn’t always needed. For example, we have a builtin contact form that you can use to build your new contact me page:
