i don't see the option to transfer domain

  I want to transfer this domain and where there is suppose to be the option to allow me to transfer there is not

  There are no domains owned by the account you are currently logged in to. Which domain do you want to transfer? And do you want to transfer it away from WordPress.com to another domain provider?
