I don’t see the scan to pay or card reader option

I’m trying to enable in-person payments so I can accept payments using either Scan to Pay or the M2 reader I purchased. However, I’m not seeing those options when I go to the payment section. Additionally, I noticed that ‘Woo’ doesn’t appear in the location services, and I’m wondering if that might be related to the issue.
Do you have any suggestions for how to properly configure this? I’ve already reinstalled the app several times with no success.
