I don't see the 'submit comments' button anymore

Since three days, when I try to submit a comment, on most of blogs, mine included, I don’t see the usual configuration of box of comments & submit button, but only the comment box without submit button ( at first I can’t see even the text that I write, but I found out that the comment box is resizable at the right lower corner). So I can’t comment anymore.
This happens with Firefox and with I.E. too ! I’ve alredy deleted all cookies & cache.
I didn’t change anything else, but I made a system scan with AVIRA.Have you an idea of what happened?
