I don\'t seem to have PLUGINS enabled on my controlpanel.

  I have seen examples of control panels with the “Plugins” link between ”Appearance” and ”Users”. How do I get this to appear?

  I need to be able to have IFRAMES within the WordPress Blog.

  Can anybody tell me how to enable this?

  Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
