  I DON’T SUCCED TO UPLOAD AUDIO EVEN I MADE AN UPGRADE. IT LOOKS AS IF THE FILE IS UPLOADED AGAIN AND AGAIN, STARTING FROM THE BRGINNIG AS IT FINISHES, NEVER STOPPING, AND NEVER SUCCEED TO JBE UPLOADED

  Hi there, I see that you’ve been able to upload MP3 files in the past – what format is the new file? How large it is? Have you tried a different browser?

  Are you able to upload other audio files alright and just not one in particular? Thanks for letting me know.

  you have been asking me about the size of the files I don’t succeed to upload. I think it is about 4.5-7.5 mb

  Thanks for the sizes – those should be small enough. If you wouldn’t mind answering the rest of my troubleshooting questions as well, it would be helpful in trying to narrow down the cause of the problem. Thanks!
