I don’t think I have the right domain name

    Hi,

    I just purchased a premium package; however, I wanted my web address to ‘rowenarecommends.com’. I don’t think that’s available so I picked ‘rowenarecommends.ca’

    When I type in rowenarecommends.ca, it’s not pulling up on the internet. Did I do something wrong?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    I see the front page of rowenarecommends.ca but it is set to private. Perhaps you just need to refresh your browser.

    Hi there!

    Thanks so much for getting in touch. You definitely haven’t done anything wrong :)

    From what I can see here, the domain rowenarecommends.ca has been registered with us, and is pointing to your WordPress.com site. However, your site is currently set to private, and can’t be viewed by visitors!

    To change that, you can head to Settings > General in your WordPress.com dashboard, and scroll to the Privacy section. Be sure that ‘Public’ is selected, and save those changes.

    Once that’s done, your site will appear correctly via the domain rowenarecommends.ca! There’s a bit more about that process right here, just in case: https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#find-the-privacy-settings
