I don't think my stats are showing up properly

    And now I have 102 views in an HOUR which I don’t usually get in a DAY.

    I am back on this topic after some time. I wanted to check another event of suspicious rush on the homepage/Archive of our blog http://spacefiction.wordpress.com/ before posting another contribution.

    It just happened 2 hours ago. Something like 50 or so hits in less than an hour. I have checked on Statcounter for the same period and it does not notice anything for this page. This kind of suspicious pick occurred not often (one time per month in average). Contrary to bookaddictsguide I notice discrepancies between WordPress and Stacounter stats only for the homepage/Archive.We are in the ballpark with other pages.

    I am aware that blog stats are far from a rigorous process but I continue to think that there is something wrong in the way WordPress register the hits to the homepage/Archive.
