I don't understand

I thought I’d try the Premium Trial and shortly after going through the process and seeing that there was nothing really better than my Free Subscription, I cancelled it. Went through the entire process of cancelling it. I even confirmed it by clicking on the link.
Now i get an e-mail from beanhotchkiss from wordpress who says that I need to confirm to her that I want it cancel (despite the fact that I already did confirm it via e-mail) So I click on the link she sends me, and it leads to the support forum. I typed in everything under the sun to find her to respond to her that I am confirming. (Wish we had the capability to upload a picture of it here, but can’t, so that’s another bad thing here). So I guess if I can’t find her, no way to reply to the e-mail because it says, don’t reply. I guess I’m stuck with a Premium Subscription, even though I cancelled it.
So if you can find this gal for me so I can confirm my cancellation, I would greatly appreciate it.
I don’t believe i even posted on a forum. I don’t know what’s going on!
