i dont understand

  i have been reading and following but it turn out differently or doesn’t turn out at all. Ok what i meant is not a folder. On the menu bars theres variety of topic yoga,cycling and others. If people click on yoga it come out everything about yoga. If people click on cycling it come outs everything about that which the bloggers has post and put in those category.
  Now my question how to put those on menu? I do not want only appear Home, about and contact only. I want more!
  so how?
  or do i need to change my them
