I don’t understand web hosting

hi, my blog appears to be going well with alot of interest. I would like to change and customise my blog theme and create facebook page links, but can’t do this to a .wordpress.com site, so I have purchased a .com.au domain. What do I need to do now, do i need to change to wordpress.org?? Do I need to find a web hosting site?? I am really confused on where to go from here. If I do need to move to wordpress.org, can I take all my old posts over?
Really appreciate your help and direction.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Slow down; there are quite a few mistakes in there.
You can customize your blog here if you know CSS editing and purchase the upgrade. You can’t add external themes, but you can really customize the look of any of them here, to the point they’re practically unrecognizable.
You can apply the .com.au domain to a blog here for a $10 a year Domain Mapping upgrade.
You can create Facebook page links for free here using the http://getsociallive.com website. I don’t know why you would think you couldn’t.
If you do move blogs, you can export your posts easily under Tools->Export. But before you move I’d suggest you do more research: you don’t seem ready to take on responsibility for technical issues, security, backups, etc like you would have to with a blog hosted outside WordPress.com.
If you do feel you must move off WordPress.com, take a look at http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com where you will find some posts about how to do this easily.

thankyou raincoaster that’s what I wanted to hear. i didn’t want to move, sounded too difficult.
Theme – I did want to download a theme to add to my blog, what do I need to do/change to do this??
Facebook – thankyou, I have created that link, I have researched everywhere trying to add a link. -
You cannot apply external themes to your blog here. It cannot be done. Those themes for WordPress are for WordPress.ORG blogs only. All you can do is edit existing themes if you know CSS and have the upgrade. The upgrade will not allow you to add themes, only edit the ones here already.

You’re welcome. Do NOT buy the upgrade until you’ve used the free Preview to see that you can make the changes you want. We get so many people complaining they don’t know what to change when it’s clear they haven’t even read basic CSS instructions.
There are some tutorials listed in a sticky post at the head of the CSS forum.

The link is right on your Theme CSS page. Just look around under Appearance on your Dashboard.
