I don't understand why my email address does not work.

    Somehow, my real email address won’t work. I believe I signed up for another blog in the past (???). I then posted an incorrect email address which was accepted, but it is not real. I cannot publish/post.

    I would like wordpress to help. I appreciate community support, but this is uneccessarily difficult to change. Does wordpress have actual tech support?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    If your real email address isn’t being accepted, it may be linked to a different WordPress.com account. (Every account has to use a unique email address.) In that case, you can reset that account’s password by entering your email address here:

    https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

    That way you can get back into the other account.

    Hello Not sure where to post this so ill post it here

    out of the blue my word press website aaactowing.com.au is blocking me from loging into the dashboard

    I have done the password reset multiple times but nothing it still locks out the new password

    I can now no longer access my dashboard

    PLEASE HELP

    The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
