  I’m not seeing any active upgrades or recent purchases associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. The most recent purchase I see is from 2020-07-12.

  Do you instead mean katykatanabis.home.blog? If so, you have not had any paid upgrades for this site since the WordPress.com Premium plan you purchased expired in July 2021.

  Since you don’t have any active upgrades, there’s nothing to refund. If you instead want to delete your site, you can delete a site following this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/delete-site/
