  I don’t want e-mails sent to my subscribers everytime I post a new entry. How do I stop my posts going to someone’s e-mail?

  If you have enabled blog subscriptions then I assume you can disable them by undertaking the reverse process you used to enable them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/followers/ Have you tried that?
