I don't want mouseover links

  I have found the CSS code to fix this, but for some reason it did not fix all the links. You can see this here: http://www.alloutblog.net/guest-posting-guidelines/list-of-guest-posts/. I am not sure why it didn’t fix these as well. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

  I did take a quick look at your site though, and do not see any mouseover effects on the link on the page you reference.
