I don't want my account renewed

  I can’t figureout how to stop the automatic renewal on my account. I don’t want my account renewed for $26. I don’t use my account ‘krystalrdesigns’ anymore. When I go to ‘Manage Purchases’ it takes me to the wrong account, and when I get to the right account (krystalrdesigns) I can’t figure out how to change anything. I says my domain ever expires, and it shows I’m on the free plan. So I’m just confused.

  Hi kcritenour4369!

  You can turn off automatic renewal for your domain name or plan by choosing the option to cancel on the Purchase page. If your domain name or plan is outside of our refund window then it will stay active until its expiration date and you will not be automatically charged for its renewal.
