I don't want my blog public yet, how do I make it private?

I’m working on making it into a website and want to keep it private til it’s done. I cant find the setting that allows me to do that
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You can make your blog Private via Settings -> Reading in your blog’s Dashboard.
