  I dont want premium for my site casasueca.wordpress .com I didnt realize you would upgrade me to premium . Have I asked for this??? Please do not upgrade me. Let me know how to get the ordinary version for free. thank you very much

  Hi there!

  I can see that you started a free trial for WordPress.com Premium on the 18th February. If trials aren’t cancelled, we automatically renew them their two week period in order to prevent people from losing any upgrade-dependant features on their site.

  As you no longer wish to keep WordPress.com Premium on your account, I’ve gone ahead to cancel it and have a issued a full refund to you.

  hello, i thought i used a theme was for free. Sorry about this. if I pay 99 dollars do I have to pay every year this amout or only once?

  do cubic theme has a for-free version as well?

  Hi there.

  Cubic is a free theme and can be used under our free plan.

  WordPress.com Premium does, however, come with custom design options such as colours, fonts, and CSS. If you made changes to your theme using these design options then they would have been lost when I refunded WordPress.com Premium.

  Would you like to reactivate WordPress.com Premium? If so, you can do so via the plans page in WordPress.com:
  https://wordpress.com/plans

  This upgrade needs to be renewed an annual basis and, once activated, any previous customisations will be restored.

  I issued a full refund to you yesterday. It usually takes a few days for a refund to process and appear on a statement. If you’re not seeing the money in your account within a week then let me know. :)
