    Turn-off the autorenew of my subscription

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     Hi there,

    I see your Premium Plan already renewed two days ago when you posted this. Do you only want it disabled going forward or were you trying to prevent this renewal?

    Let me know whether you just want it disabled for the future, or if you want to cancel and refund the renewal of two days ago. Please be aware that if we cancel the renewal, your domain will also stop working as the domain mapping is part of your Premium Plan.

    I only want to disable the renewal going forward

    I don’t like aoutomatic renewals

    I have disabled that for you. Note that you can also cancel it yourself via the Purchases page, but only after the refund period is over :)
