i dont want to be charged again

    hi I dint have a job at the moment. I thought I had cancelled this but I have just received an email saying i’ll be charged £22 on 19th November. please can you confirm that I will not be charged this

    Staff can disable auto-renew from there end.
    I have added “modlook” tag for staff assistance.

    @hollyvberry, I can see you’ve cancelled your domain. I did want to note, though, by cancelling weightonline.org it’s going to go into a redemption process, and it’s highly unlikely that you’ll be able to get it back.

    If you’d like to keep the domain (and you can pay for it even in December) please let us know right away so we can restore it before it goes into a redemption process.
