I don’t want to buy domain or plan

  How to launch? because everytime i click on Launch button it takes to domains etc… and i thought wordpress is free with wordpress subdomain

  Hello,

  Please share your WordPress.com site address to help you better.

  Yes, you do not have to pay to launch a free site on WordPress.com.

  As you must have created your free domain name and while launching a site it gives you an option of selecting a paid domain but you can select the last option which says skip and continue with your free domain and your site will be launched.

  Also you should be able to launch your site via “Settings” in the menu.

  Nope.. Nothing.. I click on launch, and it directs me to launch domain selection and plans etc

  There will be offers of paid domains yes but your free site should be listed below them and there is then a small “continue with free” button.

  Problem solved.. Although it was weird. I switched from incognito to normal mode in the browser.. Then now i can see the skip button..
