    Hi there,

    For free sites without an upgrade, support is offered here in our forums. However, if you upgrade to any of our WordPress.com plans they will include a private support option. For example, you can consider our Personal plan, which is our lowest cost option and in addition to private email support it also includes a free domain name (if you choose the yearly billing option) and turns off the ads we show on free sites.
