Hi there, since the WPcom account you are posting from is only a few hours old and there are no WPcom websites under this account, it’s likely you will need to log in to a different account in order to manage your WPcom renewal.
First log out of this account you are using to post to the forums and then you can log in using the email address that the notification was sent to. If you do not remember the password for that account, you can reset the password from the log in page.
