    Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can cancel from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
    There is also where you can click the “disable auto-renew” link.

    @andreang88 I’d be happy to cancel andrealouiseng.com for you.

    Before I proceed, there are a few points I need to cover.

    If we cancel your domain, it can take up to several weeks for our domain registrar to release the domain, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again, once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain, but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    For more information on using the domain elsewhere, please see:

    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/

    Once you confirm how you’d like to proceed, I will get started processing your transaction.

    @tipsbellezawendy I see no Upgrades/charges associated with your account:

    https://wordpress.com/settings/billing-history-v2/

    Are there any other WordPress.com user accounts you control that may be associated with these charges?

    Once I get some feedback, we can take the next troubleshooting step in resolving your issue.

    1) I cancelled my premium billing around Nov 20, but I see that last night Paypal billed me $99. 2) There’s also a pending charge from WordPress in Paypal for 39.67 that looks like it is being refunded by Paypal(?) 3) I don’t want the domain superwoman.com or the upgrades at this time, but I do want the superwomanu.wordpress.com free site and the related blogs I have with superwomanu username. 4) I see where I can cancel auto billing on Paypal, but I don’t want to cancel that before the refunds are posted so they aren’t blocked. Please help all issues.

    @superwomanu

    I’ve voided the referenced transaction. No charge will be placed.

    Also, I’ve canceled superwomanu.com and removed your WordPress.com Premium Plan, as requested.

    Your content will always remain freely available at superwomanu.wordpress.com.

    Hello, I just bought the $99 premium package and it comes with a free domain. I have disabled auto-renew on the package by going to “My Upgrades”. However, when I got to “My domains” it shows that my domain “vote-singh.com” is set to auto-renew on “November 28, 2015” and there is no option to disable auto-renew.

    Please help — how can i disable auto-renew on the domain?

    Note my blog is votesingh.wordpress.com

    @electsingh

    Auto renew is disabled for your Upgrade, which is set to expire on December 28, 2015:
