I don't want to renew this site.

    Hi, this site is no longer relevant and I want it taken down. The site I want to renew is trosedesigns.me. I’ll need to update my card but only for that site. I can’t seem to get this done without this old site getting in my way. Please help me with this? Theresa

    So, a couple things. First off:

    If you would like to delete your WordPress.com site, there are options and instructions for doing so here:

    Delete a Website

    Please bear in mind that once deleted, that site’s WordPress.com URL will become permanently unavailable for future use. If you feel that you might need that URL again in the future, you might want to choose one of the other options listed on the the page linked above.

    Secondly:

    The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of the trosedesigns.me upgrade.

    Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.
