my domain name is going to expire on 18/02/2016, I’m trying to cancel the upgrade but it’s not working, any suggestions? -

What is the domain URL?
What is the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL?
Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog URL and purchased the upgrade for it?
Important note: If you purchased a domain through wordpress.com then Staff need to know if you want to use the domain URL on another site?
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and cancel any upgrade.
WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the exact same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades, and cancel auto renew as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

My update is above. We cannot assist anyone who does not provide relevant information and you failed to do that, so please post it now so it is here when Staff respond to this thread. Also note that Staff work their way through threads tagged with modlook in datestamp order, serving the earliest dated threads first and the most recent dated threads last, as would be expected.

If this was for the domain “lovingamsterdamtheitalianblog.com”, that was registered with your account, looks like it was resolved already. I see you have cancelled and requested the refund. You can check the refund receipt going at:
