  Trying to reset everything I did in wordpress, to start fresh.

  Hello @posa2017,
  If you have downloaded a plugin to reset everything then i am sorry, but it wont work on WordPress.COM because, WordPress.COM does not allow us to upload and activate custom plugins. We can only use the built-in plugins that already come with WordPress.COM. Check out the list of built-in plugins here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  However, you can empty your site if you want to delete everything on your site by keeping your current site address and start fresh.

  If you wish to do it yourself, you can follow the instructions given here:

  If you want this to be done by someone from the WordPress staff, then please tag this question with the modlook tag on the Tags section of the sidebar, so that it get the staff’s attention.

  I did delete all post and menus and recreated. But for some reason the Home menu showed up as a customized link and Contact is not available as a menu to add.

  All I want is to re-do the menus and have the Default Home About Contact menu available to add.

  Hi,

  Would like a clean slate to start customizing w/o loosing the sites address.
  OR
  Issue I need help resolving:
  1. When I click on pages button, under Published, I do not see the ‘Home’ but Menu2 (which I added). When I go the website, Home and Menu2 is displayed.
  2. Any way to get back the default ‘Contact’ menu which I accidentally ‘permanently deleted’?

  I can reset the site for you and it won’t affect your site address :)

  It looks like you’ve been working on this as I can no longer see Home or Menu2.

  Do you want to add a link to a contact page to your menu?
