I entered wrong domain name

    Hi

    I was setting up the domain with two options I should have used

    petergroganceramics.com

    but the domain registered is

    petergrogan-ceramics.com

    Is there any way this can be changed for me?

    Hi ptbgrogan

    You can cancel the domain ‘petergrogan-ceramics.com’ as you have purchased this domain with in last 24 hours. So if you cancel your domain with in 2 days of purchase you will be getting complete refund for that transaction.

    After canceling that domain you can buy the domain petergroganceramics.com as its still available.

    Hi Peter,

    No problem, I can cancel petergrogan-ceramics.com and add the domain credit back to your account — which means you will be able to register the other domain as part of the plan cost afterwards.

    There is no guarantee you will be able to register petergrogan-ceramics.com again once it has been cancelled, so I just want to make sure it definitely won’t be needed in the future before I make any changes.

    If you are happy to proceed, just let me know and I’ll take care of that for you.
