I forgot the mailadress and password for my Blog jungemitideen.wordpress.com. I need to remove this blog because otherwise i will get problems with google because of double content…

Hi there,
The Blog was a free wordpress hosted blog so i didn’t pay for it.
I didn’t put a mobile fone number in, so I cannot receive a SMS fpr recovery. I just need to know the connected Mailadress which goes for jungemitideen.wordpress.com so that I can reactivate the mailadress on which the recoverylink was sent to.Thanx for your help but it didn’t help me yet.

Hey Moe,
Try this:
Log into the account using the username and password, instead of the email address and password?
OR
Leave a comment on the site or use the contact form. If you had comment/feedback notification turned on, you should receive an email to the email associated with that site.
Otherwise, search through your email accounts to find the one associated with moritz440.wordpress.com

I forgot, to which mailadress wordpress sends me the link to get a new password to my wordpressblog. jungemitideen.wordpress.com.
I just logged me into this account to write this help-request.
How can I find out, which Mailadress is being used to access my blog, so that i can reactivate the adress to get the password-change-request sent.got it? Many thanks for your help,

Sorry for misunderstanding you.
I am not sure what else I can do to help. Let’s bring in WordPress Staff to help us. You can get their attention by adding a modlook tag to this thread. I just added it for you now.
You’ll see the option to add a tag in the right hand sidebar. You just Type modlook and click add.
I’ll follow the thread as well to make sure you receive assistance.

Understand that Staff cannot divulge what you ask for as it violates the privacy policy.

Cause all other emailadresses i had in the past were deactivated and possibly I am not able to receive the mail connected to my old blog jungemitideen.wordpress.com. -

This is a public support forum. Email addresses in their proper format are redacted but can be read by Staff only. Typing it again now means Staff have to remove it from the support forum thread so it will not be spammed.

Your patience is required. Staff will work their way forward through threads that were tagged for their help prior to this one being tagged. As would be expected, they serve the threads with the earliest datestamps first and work their way forward to the most recent ones.

We cannot tell you to which email address we sent the email, as that would be providing you with information about another account. We cannot give anyone the email address of another account under any circumstances.
I suggest you check all your email accounts for an email from help @ wordpress.com. If you don’t find it in any of your emails, it means you likely don’t have access to the correct email account any more, in which case we won’t be able to help you regain access.

@moe- On the site in question it shows an author of jungemitideen. https://jungemitideen.wordpress.com/author/jungemitideen/ Maybe there’s more information on the site itself which will help you find a solution.
@kokkieh- in other instances such as this, Staff have occasionally offered to change a site’s privacy settings to Private. It seems like that would solve the issue here as the WPcom site in question jungemitideen.wordpress.com would no longer be crawled and indexed by search engines.
